Mt Uncle Distillery – 100% Blue Agave Spirit is made using the finest Blue Agave, grown in rich volcanic soils in Far North Queensland. All harvested and crafted by hand then tenderly distilled in a large Copper Pot Still under the watchful eye of Head Distiller, Mark Watkins.
The ‘Agave Dark’ is then aged for two more years in American Oak barrels before estate bottling.
Premium bottle by Saverglass and printed by MCC Australia using specialty stocks, copper foil, high build screens and sequential numbering
